3. Dress Code
Smart casual or better at all times. The House asks that members and guests:
- Wear collared shirts, dress shirts, or appropriate blouses

Members may bring guests according to their tier:
- Silver Heritage: One guest per month

Additional guests beyond the included allotment may be brought for a per-guest premium fee. Members are responsible for the conduct and conformance of their guests at all times.
5. Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations for private dining, the parlor, or special events may be made through concierge or the website. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation may be subject to a fee. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of reservation privileges.
6. Cigars & Tobacco
Members are encouraged to enjoy cigars from the House humidor. Outside cigars and tobacco products are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of items pre-approved by the House Tobacconist. Vaping and electronic smoking devices are not permitted in any common area.
7. Beverages
The Club maintains a curated selection of fine spirits, wines, and craft beverages. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Intoxication is grounds for refusal of further service and removal from the premises.
8. Photography, Mobile Devices & Quiet Enjoyment
The Continental is a private setting. Photography and video of other members is not permitted without their express consent. Posting images of the interior, members, or guests to social media without consent is a serious breach.
Mobile phones should be silenced. Phone calls should be taken in the foyer or outdoors. Loud conversation, music played without permission, and other disruptions to the quiet enjoyment of fellow members are not permitted.
9. Lockers & Personal Property
Members with assigned lockers are responsible for the secure storage of their cigars and personal items. The Club is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Lockers are non-transferable and remain the property of the Club.
10. Children
The Continental is an adults-only establishment. Children are not permitted on the premises at any time, including for special events.
11. Compliance with Laws
Members and guests must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws while on the premises, including those governing the consumption of tobacco and alcohol. Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and termination of membership.
12. Damages & Liability
Members are financially responsible for any damage caused to the House, its furnishings, or its property by themselves or their guests. The Club may bill the member's account for the cost of repair or replacement.
13. Suspension & Termination
The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership for violation of these House Rules, the Terms of Use, or for any conduct that, in the sole judgment of management, is incompatible with the standards of the House. Annual dues are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
